Refund policy

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

Once Goods are delivered, you must inspect the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable, and inform us immediately, if there are faulty, or if Goods are not as described.

If you wish to claim that any of the Goods are delivered damaged, you are required to give notice of the damage and return the Goods, including paperwork, boxes, and all original content shipped originally, within 14 days of delivery, failing which the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered undamaged and in accordance with the delivery documents.

If, on inspection, and provided you meet the return requirements mentioned above, the Goods are found to be faulty, and we will either : agree to replace the Goods, repair them, or refund you for them, in part of full.

If the Goods are sold as brand new, we will not be receiving any cancellation or returns, if the Goods have suffered any wear or tear whilst in your care.

If the Goods are sold as preowned, we will make reasonable deductions for any wear and tear the Goods may have suffered whilst in your care. Paperwork has a significant impact on resale value and if Paperwork is damaged or missing, we shall not be accept returns or cancellation.

Return postage, packaging and insurance are your responsibility, though we will assist in the process where possible.
