PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Our prices are subject to change until you have paid for the Goods in full. All prices advertised on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit, with all payments and refunds being denominated in the same currency. It follows that if you convert Malaysian Ringgit to another currency, you take the currency risk on any refund issued to you, unless expressly agreed to the contrary in advance, in writing.

Prices for Goods may change without notice.

All Goods must be paid in full, prior to dispatch.

We accept payments in the following methods :
1) if you are based in Malaysia : by credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard); by bank transfer (either Inter or Intra bank)
2) if you are based outside of Malaysia, by international bank transfer, credit card(Visa/Mastercard)

In certain circumstances, and by written negotiation, we will accept a deposit for a watch, prior to payment of the balance by a specified date

Where the deposit is 10% of the purchase price of the watch. The deposit, however is not refundable and considered forfeit in the event of failure to pay the balance of the purchase price of the watch on or before the agreed final payment date, which is generally within 14 days from the date of payment of the deposit.

If you live outside Malaysia, you may have to pay import duties or other charges, levied by national authorities, when the Goods enter the country of destination. These are the entirely the responsibilities of the buyer.

After receiving the full payment for your order, we will contact you to advise the likely delivery date. This may vary according to your address and the estimated date will be given in good faith. No liability will be accepted by us for any loss whatsoever suffered or caused by late delivery.

A signature by a person aged 18 years and above is needed for receipt of all Goods, at the delivery address. Any parcel that has been tampered with, or shows signs of damage, should not be signed for and delivery should be refused.

Goods shall be delivered by an express courier with tracking facilities (typically FEDEX or DHL), which not necessarily be of real-time but of reasonable timing. All watches are fully insured by Parcel Pro.

If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by Parcel Pro.

Goods may be collected from a location from our shop, by an appointment with at least one working day's notice.

Delivery of the Goods will be completed when they have been delivered to the Address given in your order, or they have been collected from us.
